Return Policy Statement
"Fluid Intake Tracker" is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with our product you may return it within 7 business days for an exchange or refund. Refunds can only be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchase.
Before returning any product contact customer service for a Return Authorization at 949-498-9570 between 9 am and 5 pm central time USA, or send an email message to customerservice@fluidintaketracker.com.

After 7 days, all sales are final.

The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent. Items that have been altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Your request will be processed after our Quality Assurance team inspects and verifies the condition of the return. Damaged goods due to customer negligence will not be accepted.

We will refund the full cost of the return.  Customers are responsible for all freight charges on returns, for both original delivery shipping and return shipping.

Tax Information
Applicable state sales tax will be added to all orders shipped.
